Subscription Boxes

• Subscription holders are allowed 2(TWO) boxes per 365 days (not calendar year) to help maintain fairness for those waiting for a sub spot. PAUSING IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION. We understand it's show as an option, but it is not. We are working on fixing that option but please know it is NOT an option.
• All sub boxes are FINAL -- No refunds will be given once they are renewed. Email reminders go out three days before to give you a chance to cancel/skip the upcoming box.
• By purchasing a sub box, you are agreeing to the above rules.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will ONLY be given on a case by case basis that are due to things out of our control/things that have been changed from the original information given when the sub box/preorder was purchased. No other refunds will be given and all sales are final.

Shipping

• All orders will have 10 days from the date of delivery to email support about any damages to your book from shipping to receive a replacement. After 10 days discretion will come on a case by case basis for extreme cases. Otherwise, normal orders will not be eligible for a replacement after 10 days.
